    If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase from safelocator.com for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If you would like to return your S.A.F.e please contact us at info@safelocator.com for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

    • Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
    • Products must be in original packaging and all accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
    • The RMA number must be included along with your returned product.

    Additional Terms and Conditions:

    • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
    • If you return product to Mjtm Global Enterprises llc (a) without an Return Merchandise Authorization number from Mjtm Global Enterprises llc or (b) without all accessories and parts included in the original package, Mjtm Global Enterprises llc retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    • We only replace products if they are defective or damaged per our ninety (90) day limited warranty policy. If you need to contact us regarding warranty coverage, send us an email at info@safelocator.com

    Shipping

    • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Mjtm Global Enterprises llc
    • We encourage you to use an insured and trackable shipping method as we cannot issue your refund until we have received your merchandise
